The 1/96 Clock ticks at the rate of 1/96th note duration as determined by project BPM. However it only ticks during playback (space)
We add it in the right corner of Example 23, driving a counter so we have the number of triggering events upto that point.
Also we remove the Song Position module from Example 23. Now the Frequency of Clock Osc is 48 Hz, so it will operate at 1/96th whole note duration.
