47. Selector

A Selector can select which of its inputs are directed to the output.

We use Ctrl (Cmd) dragging wires from Output (of an audio signal) to left of Selector of to create new Selector inputs.

Here we select between 4 different sine oscillators (operating at 200 Hz, 400 Hz, 800 Hz and 1600 Hz with decreasing amplitudes). The Pitch value increases by 12 for each octave increase. The control is a 4-Step Oscillator which goes from 0, 1, 2 and 3.

A Scope triggered by a Button will show the resulting waveform for 100 millisecond.
