The Rectify Module finds the absolute value of the input, while the Rectify/Sign Module finds the absolute value as well as sign of input, -1 for negative and +1 for positive.
A constant of -5 is used as input to the modules.
The numeric readouts are named Rectify, Sign (Rectify/Sign) and Rectify(Rectify/Sign). The last two readouts are from the Rectify/Sign module.
